Maternity of Mary-St. Andrew School utilizes NWEA to measure academic progress.  NWEA MAP tests adapt to each student's learning level.  Teachers  receive assessment data and essential information about what each student knows and is ready to learn.  MAP tests are computer administered.  Tests are given in reading and math in grades K – 8. In addition, language usage is given in grades 3 – 8.  MMSA administers MAP testing in the fall and in the spring.  Following is a summary of the 2016 spring testing results.
